When we say that we provide solutions rather than just renting equipment, we mean it. Our service and attention to details go much further than any our of competition can provide. Our commitment to you begins when our new quipment is delivered from the factory. Every unit, temperature to power, undergoes a major transformation in order to meet our strict specifications. Why so much modification? Since we serve a wide variety of industries, our equipment will be used in many harsh environments and must endure the stress of "rental" duty. Even more important, our equipment must perform when it arrives and run at optimal efficiencies to help reduce your operating costs.
Below are just a few examples. To start, we only purchase top-of-the-line equipment as our base unit. Every piece is unique but the basic modifications are:
* Galvanized Skids - Creates a rigid base and protects the unit during loading and unloading
* Galvanized Superstructure - Stops the unit's structure from twisting, bending and protects the
internal operating equipment
* Epoxy Painting - Resists rust and corrosion
* Internal wiring and controls - Many Carrier Rental Systems' units are explosion proof, we add 100 feet of cable
and all units are designed for easy customer operation
* Ease of Delivery - Each unit can be lifted with a forklift or crane. Carrier Rental Systems'
custom rollback trucks can make deliveries without the need of a crane or riggers.
All the basic modifications (Skid, Superstructure, Epoxy Painting and the cable) are present. What is unique is goes much deeper. To stop coil corrosion (see first thumbnail below), we use a special coating to protect the coils (Click on the thumbnails below for more information). The benefits to you the customer...a more efficient unit). By limiting coil corrosion, we reduce the costs of higher compressor head readings effected by reduced air flow past the coils. Industrial customers benefit by reducing costs due to coil replacement fees associated with operating in hazardous environments. Finally, the coils themselves are protected with a diamond mesh screen to protect them during transportation and on the jobsite.
Our water cooled chillers are containerized for protection and can be stacked to provide maximum tonnage in a
minimum amount of space.
Every air conditioning unit is unique to Carrier Rental Systems (CRS). We have designed every aspect of each unit from the basic layout to structural rigidity. CRS is the only company that has the ability to offer this type of Class 1, Div. 2, Group C and D unit. Click for more information.
All CRS generators are "silenced" and are available in sizes from 125 kW to 1750 kW. CRS generators are available skid or trailer mounted. On board fuel tanks allow for about 8 hours of operation and external fuel tanks are available. Click for more information.
